E11: From One Day to Day One

HAPPY NEW YEAR Ya'll!! Today is the last day of 2022 and it is a day to celebrate, reflect, and acknowledge how I got started with this podcast. More importantly, I want to share some of the lessons I have learned while finding my way on this new journey.

Some of the lessons include feeling the fear, realizing someone needs to hear me, taking up space, critics good and bad, and remaining curious and open to learning more.
